There's a program that I think you have to pay for that allows you to skin itunes directly. Trouble is the skins you can make with it are pretty limited. For example you'll never be able to skin it the way you can winamp with a simple .wal file. It has to retain it's "looks" ie. the placement and shape of buttons etc.

Or at least that's what I've heard.

oh and the windows theme is Inspirat SE.

A .wal file is a winamp skin file not a window skin!
