Seeing as how thats my desktop you quoted, I can tell you whats what.
'Launcher' at the bottom is a rocketdock (see link below) I made the icons but theres plenty on deviant art (link below) the clock/calendar/sys info is rainmeter, I made the config. hud.vision and enigma are good ones for sys info and 10-ft hud good for just a clock and date.
Stacksdocklet is also a must imo if you have icons you want to group together.

I've tried Rocketdock/Rainmeter/Objectdock but how do you guys get them to "stick" to the desktop??
I don't want them to be in front of all my programs, but also when I click "show desktop" I want everything to be there without having to maximise a window again to make them appear! All help is greatly appreciated.
