Here is my current desktop. Its not completely finished, as I need to do a bit more samurize work. Normally the taskbar is also set to autohide, as is the dock. I also used to have the Foton skin for msn, but this doesn't work with msn 7.5, So im using the milk skin for the time being.

You can remove the recycle bin using tweakui, it's a free tool and you'll find plenty of links if you google it. You can do it through the registry as well but I find it easier just to use that, has a few other handy tweaks in it too.

Of course if you don't want any icons on your desktop at all you can always just right clcik your desktop and then go to the hide all icons option.

Im not using any theme, just the wallpaper that I pasted earlier, and Ive written a samurize script to get the rest of the desktop looking like it is

Better? It's a two desktop pic, each being resized to 800*600, I didn't realise you meant a TOTAL size of 800*600.....
