That's the standard 'Weather' gadget that comes with windows vista/7 . When you hover over it just click the arrow to enlargen and you have the extra details for upcoming days.

Cant see how you activate it? I can see the skins in the rainbrowser

Click the skin in the top-left, then click the specific skin.ini in the bottom-left, then click Load on the right.

There was a post waaaaayyyyy back about this but i cant remember or find it.

You have to change the url in some way or another.

Sorry i cant be more help, when i get home ill have a look on my old XP drive and see if i can find the correct format.
