It does indeed...or at least came with my Win7 Pro installs (under 'characters').

I'll see if I can find the original file if you don't have it.

'App Tabs' addon should do the trick.
And use it with PermaTabs if you want to stop that page from switching.

Thanks, 'App Tabs' works ok. But I was hoping for just an icon-there I can have say 10 icons of my favourite websites and just click on each one to view its homepage(like when you can add them to your bookmark toolbar and then delete the name)
