I'm not sure as I decided to buy it a month ago but in any case the free version of windowblinds 5 is pretty poor really as it doesn't support any of the transparency in skins.

Well it uses up more memory than something that uses none at all, which is probably his concern, and I have to agree with him on the uxtheme part - it's great.

Actually windowblinds 5 is not a memory hog. A lot of improvements have been made since 4.x
