First you need to host it on a free image hosting service such as ImageShack (http://www.imageshack.us)

You then need to enclose the full URL of your image between

tabs, like:

http://www.imageshack.us/YourImage.jpg[ /IMG]

(without the space between [ and /IMG])

I keep changing look etc of my desktop, but i'm happy with this for now:

Only 1 problem, every time I do a screenshot with samurize by going into the config it crashes, which means the image doesn't show my cool samurize monitor on the right of the screen

Close but no cigar.....

You need to get the code on imageshack for "Thumbnails for forums (1)". Next to it there is will be a box and you need to get all the code from that box, copy it and then paste it into your post.
