For anyone having troubles with Vista not booting after applying the VistaGlazz thing, get the 3 64bit dlls from this rar, copy them into your vista system32 folder, reboot and it should fix it.

how does one make the start menu fully transparent?

It's called Rainlendar ...

Can anyone tell me what the name of that app is that some of you use on here for dual displays that gives you quite some good tweaks etc ... i've had a look through about 20 pages but dont fancy looking through short of 200 lol

I think Vista Glazz only patches the system files and also allows you to prevent the taskbar from going opaque when a window is maximized. To get the fully transparent taskbar you need to download a separate theme which has high levels of transparency. I'm not sure on which ones have this but here might be a good place to start
