Lol no it doesn't, like above. My mouse rarely goes at the top of the desktop as theres nothing there so i keep it on the bottom.

how do you get your objectdock just above your start bar? and dont you find it gets in the way?

It's a yahoo widget, Quick dock iirc and nope, if I have something open it goes over it so it doesn't get in the way.

I think you need to be registered to get it, it's from The Hobby lounge (where I found it anyway).
