Mother Of God! The amount of flickr stuff that gets used for wallpapers is phenomenal - its kind of an unwritten rule that if its for non-profit usage and you're not passing it off as your own work its OK to use as a wallpaper. And the photo in question was released under the creative commons licence anyway.

Yes it is, just right click the screen and select gadgets. Then select the clock - once on your screen you hold the mouse pointer over the clock and then click on the spanner icon that appears by the side of it - this will take you to a gallery of clock designs. Select away...
