Window blinds is quite decent. Not very sure how to do it manualy.

lifehacker is a good place for finding out about such things, just have a wee search through it

VistaGlazz will patch 64bit SP2 - I have done it to mine.

DOwnload styles after from neowin or deviantart and put the folders in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes

Excuse the On-screen keyboard, i have an Apple keyboard, and couldn't be bothered to set it to the windows default settings.

Also, i will be adding some Rainmeter stuff to it aswell, but I couldn't get it set up as i wanted tonight, so that will be done when i have more time.
