Most of the above stuff was created by me or modified by me.
Im into desktop modding. I've created some (and still create) visual styles, icons, wallpapers etc and do bits when i get the time. Got started about a year ago and since then ive taught myself how to modify and create.

BTW photoshop those desktops are immense

They are all standard windows visual styles which you can find at devART. Some i've modified myself to my liking.
Apllications that i use are:
Tclock Lite : for the clock in the system tray
StyleXP : to use the visual styles
AveDesk : For the desktop display icons with extra features such as space used/remaining etc.
AveTunes : This is a plugin for AveDesk and this is basically a album art display for itunes which shows the current track being played and info etc.
WinFX : to get shadows under windows and menus
RKLauncher : For the Dock and shortcuts
All in all they take up around 20mb of my memory. Hardly a percentage on modern day system specs.

they are all very small proggies which take a few minutes to set up and customise. shouldnt take you more than a few hrs to get it to your liking. Give me a shout should you like to know more
