I like to keep it clean. I only have the "Workout Log" there because it is easy to access, and I add to it often, so I need access.

I have found that my use of Windows Classic theme has been a very good thing as I thought I would not like it, but I have found it really good.

I dont think there are any stand alone themes for Vista yet so i think you're stuck with the standard for the time being
