Yeah. It one way of monitoring your tricep strength.
I can hold the tuck and get a bit of movement but not enough for a full press. However I'm 'trimming' (not quite cutting ) at the moment so as I get slightly lighter it should become easier!
I'd say go for it, 67 pages is a pretty good innings so another thread won't hurt. I've got a couple of targets at least that I'll put in for a new thread.
