It took forever to recognise FIFA 10 as well, seems like the psn feed doesn't always get new titles on there straight away...?

That is your "profile level" (If you look at the name of the image you have linked it is in there

)
It is calculated based on how many of each of the 4 types of trophies you have (they are weighted differently). On your PS3 you can see it better as it also indicates how far you are from the next level.
