My gf is 28G, you have to keep in mind that their is a correlation between the cup size and back measurement.
Most women are a 32 back, so a 28G boob is comparable to a 32DD, just being a smaller frame makes them look bigger obviously.

She is a size 6/8. Breasts are overrated imo, so it's not the biggest amount of win ever.
