The AMD Driver Thread

Finished FC4 and thought I'd check out MGSV CrossFire on 15.4 beta, zero usage on gpu 2.

Right, got it working, Borderless/Windowed mode was all that was available in the settings on 1080p/3200?VSR, dropped lower than 1080p in game settings and 'Fullscreen' appeared in the settings for all res, CrossFire kicks in as it should, fps holding strong@max settings, max VSR.

Just installed a msi gaming 290x on a friends machine and updated the driver to the latest AMD one, but for some reason I can't adjust the fan profile in afterburner at all! Does anyone know if it is a problem with the AMD driver, or the MSI bios??

Not had much to do with the red team for a while, mainly because of their drivers, so any help would be appreciated :)

Is the fan profile also running in Overdrive or some other OC program? Could be a confliction.

Using this card now and latest drivers I can adjust the fan.

It shows in CCC, but only as rpm, and their is a slider which is adjustable, but that reverts back to the original rpm, as soon as I hit apply. I am thinking Msi Bios as I read on Guru 3d that some of the gaming msi's had a faulty bios that presented this problem.

Not sure what's going on with my friends one then  something is a miss

Very strange issue with my two cards. I have disabled freesync as it doesnt work with CFX. I also disabled frame pacing which in BF4 made it run smooth, but GTAV with two cards is stuttering like crazy. Literally on the map i move the mouse and it moves after about 2 seconds then stops then moves. Enable one card and its super smooth.
Any other games I could try which benefit crossfire?
