Hello Joe,

Without trying to sound arsey, If Joe isn't going to be offering tech support like you do matt will he just be on here to post about new drivers/products as and when they become available?

I think that's where AMD's new forum will come in tbh, but I'm sure the Lt will clarify

This comes across negatively to me.

I don't know how much traffic the AMD official forums gets, but I do know that you help a lot of people here. Now I feel that we've lost that.
With that in mind though, congratulations with your promotion.

This may come across as rude but if Joe isn't doing any customer service or tech support, what is he actually here for? I genuinely don't know. Is he another AMD face to get friendly with?

I'll be going by the same name in the AMD forums as i use here, so should be easy to spot. I'm going to put a lot of effort into getting the AMD Forums up to scratch, we know there's work to do.

I'll leave Joe to introduce himself and explain his responsibilities here, I expect he'll be along to post shortly, it's 7am after all and I'm an early bird.
