The AMD Driver Thread

I have an issue what's been around since way back of owning 7970's. When 2 monitors are connected 1 being 1440p and the other 1080p, when rebooting or switching on from cold the screens just stay black and you have to hard reset to get a signal.

Both mate, not matter what I did it ran poorly. The only way to get a smooth experience with over 50fps was to lower it to SNES levels of graphics. In crossfire, no card ever went over 50%.

On my 980 I get a solid 60 fps with drops to 40 in busy raids and it's very smooth.

I just think it needs a little work and maybe get Crossfire working and it'll be fine.

I remember when I first went from my TITAN to the 290X's I made a thread complaining about the games performance, it game up in a google search yesterday. :)
 
Any CCC setting tips for DayZ anybody? Been tweaking stuff around and now im wondering if im missing anything. Yea i know its a mess of a game which doesnt care for which GPU u have but just checking anyway :D

Edit.. Heres my current CCC settings for DayZ.

So they have a "Mantle Crossfire" option that did work fine but now doesn't? WHAT THE ****. They have no intention of fixing this? Matt, you need to speak to someone about this as i'm not willing to accept that from them! What a waste of time! They are also wrong in the fact that it does "work", just very poorly.

Yeah, I'm playing Thief currently. Coincidentally enough through an AMD Golden Ticket that I got when I bought my 2nd GPU for Crossfire.

...BF4 had me as a Mantle convert. Thief is... disappointing... frames are not as smooth as I would expect, not by a long way in p...pp...pp..places.

Strange for me I think mantle on thief is better than battlefield 4.

Same as me pretty much, Mantle Crossfire runs like a dream in BF4 for me. Thief is a pile of garbage with Mantle Crossfire atm.
