Well like others have finished DL and the side quests found Excalibur found the hidden super mario brothers game all without crossfire support so by my luck should get a driver Monday.

LTMatt tell em to hurry it up or I'm gonna burn your local pub down;)

Sadly as much as any of us would like a definite date, Reps are subject to NDA and only know what they are told. Props to Matt really for doing what is often a thankless job !, Doesnt stop us jesting with him and glad hes a good chap that takes it :)
 
would you guys recommend upgrading to the latest beta drivers, or staying on omega?

PS: if it says total memory usage is 9-10gig, does that mean after 8gig its coming from system ram? AC unity shot up to 10gig and then said system out of memory

i know its a crappy optimised game but just wondering

Crossfire reads the memory stacked. The actual reading needs to be halved when running 2 or more GPUs.
 
3 months since the last driver update?............

Unless the next driver release is an incredible performance boost, or has a nice featureset (a Shadowplay equivalent, for example) I can see even more people jumping ship to NVIDIA.

The last few comments that i have seen from you really looks like you are out of touch, AMD has had the Shadowplay equivalent since June last year.
