I can't currently get VSR working on Dishonored. Shame, as the game would look great super sampled to 3k.
It works if you set 3K on desktop first before launching(easier to leave CCC window open to change the desktop back), it does look amazing.

Does VSR work in all games or few titles only?
My Dell is 1920x1200 so the highest res. I could upscale to is 2560x1600.
How much performance hit would I see in games?(dark souls 2,divinity orginal sin)
When using VRS,vram usage also goes higher?
R9 290x.
I should have two next week, but I'm not sure if I keep both(we'll see if next driver change that).
So what you saying is you have 1920x1080 monitor, and you upscale picture to 1440p or you own 1440p where 290 shine more?
Really it's just the best form of anti-aliasing.
I'd like to use VSR with my 290X wanting to upgrade from my 1080p monitor but going to hold out until prices are a little more reasonable.
Do I require the Beta drivers?
How do I force it in games?
Could someone provide me some guidance on where to start?![]()
omega drivers
you just check the box in CCC
you then get extra res options in most games
its pretty seamless when ive tried it
dont ask me where the box is tho its hidden in there somewhere lol
...personally i think it should be on by default if it isnt already
i dont see any downside!
So not every game works with VSR?
Any example?
I don't particularly want it upscaling my 4k resolution even higher!
