I see what you mean now..... i get a green active thing for Cyberpunk, but not for Arc Raiders.
Isn't this a known bug for Arc Raiders?

Do you think @AMD_Vik be able to find out If It's an AMD bug or game bug?
I'm pretty sure it was one or the other - the bug was that it just didn't show it was working, no that it didn't work iirc. You'll know if FSR 4 isn't working because it will just look awful

I certainly noticed a difference for about 20 mins or so, then got used to it lol.Good job AMD....

Can I get an understanding of a consistent repro case? Maybe if they could provide game gfx configs, adrenalin settings used, a save file if applicable?
I wouldnt know ull have to go to their official discord and ask one of the devs there or comm managers.

I've been getting CTDs over the last few days and actually got a hard reset while gaming today. I had a look at adrenaline and the last driver update was a few days ago, so seems to correlate.
What's the best way to roll back to the previous driver?

I would expect the card to throttle, as opposed to hard reset the system.
Any overclocks or undervolting?

If it was a problem with the stability of the undervolt then it would also black screen when applying one setting at a time and I'd have crashes in games. The fact that it only happens in Adrenalin when applying all 3 settings at the same time indicates a driver bug/glitch. for what it's worth...
