What are the amd models that have super quiet fans like the Asus/MSI models for Nvidia? I really like the XFX models this gen, hoping they are decent acoustically.
My xfx 7900xtx ran very cool tbh, was a good card but just don't trust the warranty

I think early March is more likely. Remember the retailers that are more likely not to scalp based on this gens launch is all I'll say!

In this day and age there isn't many places for bad rma warranties to hide... at least that's what I'm telling myself lol.

Under £600 for the entry level models would be pretty good. I'll probably get one at some point in a few months if that's the case.
I'm surprised there is such a small difference between the 9070 and 9070xt though. Who's buying the 9070 if it's only £50-£60 less
It's the 7700 XT all over again - good card, but too close in price to the next model up. Except the gap is even smaller.

Looks like the same pricing policy with the non-XT as they used with the 7700 and 7900XT. They got panned for it in the reviews of those cards and dropped the prices later.
The pricing is good so only let down now would be performance but the leaks suggest it's a huge boost in performance compared to the similar core count 7800XT. If it actually reaches 7900XTX then that's a fantastic outcome.
Where else can you get 4080/7900XTX level performance for £600?

4999 RMB is $686.10, way over $599.
Reading the article back, the entire basis for $599 seems to be that the Chinese price for the 5070 Ti is 6399 RMB, making it 28% more expensive than the 9070 XT. I think people are getting ahead of themselves...

It's only a fantastic outcome for people at those price points
End of the day, you can see through the steam hardware surveys what dominates the spots, and it's older cards and cheaper cards
AMD clearly has the better option to the 5070ti/5070 when they go on sale, and that'll help their market share for this specific segment at this specific time.
But it's a bucket of water against a blazing fire ultimately.
I'll probably upgrade in the future from my 7800XT, but I'd also look at upgrading my CPU/Motherboard and RAM at the same tim
China has 13% sales tax I believe. This takes it closer to the $686 conversion.
$609 RRP would be the most accurate/close conversion as with 13% tax that would make $688, but that would be a strange price to go with, hence the 599 prediction I guess.
To be fair to videocardz, it's a fair prediction. The Chinese 5070ti RRP comes out at more than $749 x 1.13 as well when converted, so the US rDNA 4 price could even be slightly less (doubtful though!)

Yeah, if it’s £70 cheaper for 15% or even 20% less performance that’s a fair chunk if your budget is £500. It’s easier to resign yourself to an extra £20 - £30 than it is an extra £70 over your budget.
