The amount of cheaters on MWF2 makes me sick.

Got to say that the amount of cheaters is MWF2 is just a joke, you can't really get a public game anymore without some idiot aimboting or wall-hacking.
 
Move over to BC2 like i did. tbh it was really difficult, the game is very different to COD having played it since the first one, and i've never really liked the BF series. But for me COD is now dead, im not 100% happy with BC2 but its not far off and glad I have switched.
 
IWNet will provide a safe, reliable environment for players to play cheat free, no longer will you have to rely on server admins to be watching, we have VAC!

Couple of weeks ago: by pass VAC program
VAC made ninja update = people by passing VAC got banned
a week later, new update to VCA by passer and hackers return

the ones who are banned load mw2 and get kicked (Cheat detected) but using the VAC by pass they can go into private games as long as a hacker is hosting. Also FFA public games (but normal players can't get teamed up with them as the hacker has to invite them)
Though a normal player could join a hacker.. and as its hacked lobby with xp and such easy achievements etc etc
 
I also see more and more "hacked" servers with people floating about, kicking at will and so on.
 
Is there really a mass of cheating going on in MW2 or is it simply that a lot of the time a case of people cant take losing?

In my admittedly limited game time of MW2 I cant say I've encountered anyone who I've outright suspected of cheating.

Grr, those cheaters really ruined CSS for me. I used to play on a really good Ice world 24/7 server and had some awesome games for a few months, untill some idiots joined using the spinning aimbot hack you mentioned. As soon as you spawn you're dead and it was relentless, they played all day doing that :confused:. Just ended up having to remove the server from my favs list and all other similar servers were crap.
 
There's just not enough that you can do against these sorts of hackers, especially with the lack of dedi support.

Im just glad that on BC2, hackers seem to be extremely rare

I've spent over 200 hours playing MW2 so you can think that but imo you missed out ;)

Only encounter a few hackers and they get outed pretty quickly so they leave. There are hackers in all games, BC2 is just as bad and that has dedicated servers....

just no. no other game is as bad as mw2 for hacks

I played it for 200+ hours, and wish I hadn't.
