The Apprentice 2008

i saw nick hewer today on regent street
i think he was with raef but i'm not sure
to be fair i only noticed nick, not the dude he was with

plus i doubt he'd be walking around london with the winner half-way through a series :p
so yeh, put money on raef ;)

I hope that Saira, Lucinda and Raef make it to the final three, no-one else deserves to win IMO. Still not sure who I want the final winner to be. And I also think that Saira is the prettiest girl in the team including those who have been fired.

Completely agree! Finally! I can't believe Michael got away with his **** up over being Jewish/half Jewish, putting it in the first line of his application, and then not knowing what kosher meant. That's atrocious. He's so dim it's untrue.

I'm now also beginning to hate Claire's face and her stupid putty-like facial expressions as much as her voice. GTFO.

How can some people be  about Sara being pretty?! I think she is clearly the prettiest out of the lot! Jen is far too stern faced for me, and reminds me of Kim Marsh off Coronation St.

Raef or Lucinda to win. They've both got the right qualities and attitudes.

Good episode, the whole kosher chicken thing was a right cockup though - I mean, if that was reallife, I'd imagine you could SERIOUSLY damage the reputation of your company by making such a fundamental error regarding religion. Shame to see Jennifer go as I found her quite alluring - she may be feisty, highly ambitious and a bit of a bitch at times but I'd imagine she would make a great office affair. As for Jenny, she's had it coming for a long time. Loves the sound of her own voice, sticks the boot in too far, smarmy (hanging on every word of SAS for an opening). I would HATE to have her as a PM.

Lucinda is a bit of a dark horse, she showed the other week that she can lead a project without shouting and screaming, although on occasion she could do with being stronger. Shot herself in the foot when she said "I wanted to do this, but...." - well why didn't you then, you were PM!

Raef has a lot going for him, I wasn't sure at first (seemed a bit too much like style over substance, overplays his wordiness at times) but he seems to get on with most people and also plays the diplomat when needed.

Lee is too brash in my eyes, he's obviously very charismatic and probably does very well in recruitment (or sales if he wanted), but I think he's a bit one-dimensional. Also shocked to see him bullying Sara the other week.

Sara herself seems a bit too timid for a high powered role.
Helene I need to see more of to reach a judgement
Michael, I dunno. Seems to be slipping a bit of late. Still undecided.

Claire is going the other way. Very mouthy and probably should have been booted instead of Simon. Yet she keeps going and like Lee, I think in the right role she would be very effective.

Alex.... I still don't know what to make of him. He's got a good balance in that he doesn't seem to do much wrong and is also very articulate in the boardroom. I don't think i'd like to work alongside him, yet he'd probably get on like a house on fire with some people.

Now that Jennifer and Simon have both gone, it's very hard to look beyond Raef at this stage. Still a lot of action to come though, and as we've seen, it only takes one error or perceived error to see your world come crashing down (as with that woman who got shafted on the laundry task).

she reminds you of kim ' the belter ' marsh from corrie, right and you are arguing she wasnt the prettiest

kim marsh has come a long way, she is quality!

Might be plausible. The last two series running they film the episodes in Autumn/Winter up until the last episode which is then filmed a few days before it airs. In the meantime, the two finalists usually work somewhere within Amstrad for a few months so they can keep tabs on actually how well they actually do within the work place.

dont they film two versions of the ending at the time and the screen one 6 months later aftes SAS picks the winner based on the 6 mth placement in one of his co's (hasnt he sold amstrad)

I like that they've made a bigger thing of Nick and Margaret this time around, great characters those two and they know what they're talking about too. :)

Yeah I was thinking the other night that Nick and Margaret are in a way the proper stars of the show. They are easy to respect because they are so spot on and often are so humourously dry in their comments.

Nick's face when the Britney Spears model was in the room and Margaret's Edinburgh comments are just priceless. :)

Nick does the most amazing rolleyes if you watch him. We have been in fits of laughter and it makes the program even better. I can't help feeling that SAS is keeping Claire in as he has a sneeky admiration for her. Maybe he feels that she is one of the more mature candidates and would be capable of working on her own, as some of them would only be good if you held their hands.

This weeks episode was the best, ever. Great entertainment.

Fantastic episode. I love the double firings, especially when both were the right decision. I don't believe Michael should have been blamed for the kosher thing because it was clear none of them had any idea what it was. That does make all of them severely retarded though. Jen realised she was poor as a project manager and therefore did her best trying to blame claire and michael but knew her game was up really.

For all those who thought she was hot, you are wrong. There are no fit girls on this year.

I think Alex or Lee will win. Claire is building up too many mistakes and I think Raef will get caught out in the boardroom for being too nice and not blaming other people enough.

LOL does too many sarcy face gestures on other peoples words yet never seems to do too much himself. However, i beleive that yorskhrie woman who bullied lucinda should go. Lucinda, raith and claire = leg ends...ends of leg

Hahahahahahahaha did you hear what Raef just said about fat people and cake?

I hate all of them but that was really funny :D
