Sara was useless and irratating, hearing her try and sell made me cringe... GOODBYE!
Some silly mistakes.. first being not having someone see all the dresses and make a decision based on seein them all. Also, the cakes were too expensive compared to the cost of the dresses they were selling. My god, cup cakes on plastic transparent sheets.. and they want 500quid.. do me a favour. I could make the same with Mr. Kipling cupcakes and some tupperware lids

Wrong decision. Key failure to this task was project management which led to poor sales. Helene should have been fired because...
1. She shouldn't of gone with Michael's advice to split up geographically rather than by product.
2. She should have gone with Ian Stuart's dresses knowing they were more traditional rather than the colourful and highly niche products she had seen.
3. She didn't seem to contribute much on day two.
4. No particular area where she shines judging from the past tasks.

Couldnt agree more, shes definitely the hottest on this years show...that (irish) jenny had nothing on her....anybody who missed 'youre fired' should see what they are missing...and she sounded so different in the studio, completely oppposite to what she was like in the programme.

I think Sara deserved to go. However Michael is useless and he'll be next I hope. 
I was thinking that at the time.would have loved to see that bride to be over hearing Lee's "I need to nail her!" comment.
I'll bring a shovel and you bring one as well. Just in case one breaks.
Has she been selling you rose tinted spectacles on the latest task?
If so I can understand, because she was hopeless at selling wedding cakes, so she had to sell somebody something!!
