thought they whole let's shake hands and ask the customers names in return for tips was a bit of a pants idea... from the same person who brought us the 'personalised hotline' for laundry last week no less..

I think he just "talks" about what needs to be done. "You need to do this", "we need to do this" etc. I get the feeling he's trying to be seen/heard to speak the talk but not necessarily walk the walk.

I don't know about the army bloke. As Sir Alan was saying yes he's good at the physical side of things (no doubt because of the army, and yes he did a really good job with the laundry) which is going to get him no where in the business world if that's all he's good at.

What an absoulte joke, its so annoying this program, full of posh gits who over think everything and less well off morons who are more down to earth, but think they are the dogs rollocks when it comes to business!
