Just read that, it's spot on!
I'm not so sure, seems like he is a right hater for popular or more confident people myself. He much prefers the quieter ones.
I don't think Simon deserved the final job, but maybe deserved a bit more of a chance. As Sugar said "You're a little out of your depth here" and he agreed and thanked him for the oppertunity!?! What the ***!?! If i got fired i would tell him what a mistake he has made. He lacked the balls to stand up for himself and paid the price in the board room.
Business isn't about people being nice, it's about getting the job done with the greatest profit, etc. You could be the nicest bloke in the world, with the hardest of pasts, but it doesn't count for toffee in business.
Jennifer is defo someone to watch out for, she is very sly and coniving. She would cut her own mothers throat for money and who ever gets in her way better be sure about it. She needs someone to stop her quick. (But god damn she is HHHOOOTTT! I'd so tap that. I best she is cracking in the sack).
Lindi got sacked last night because she failed to deliver the most important aspect of the task, of which she was in charge of; generating sales and making the executive decisions on it. Sugar was peeve'd about not consulting the farmers on the 'Exclusivity' deal, and i don't blame him. She was ultimately in charge of Jennifer and so the buck has to stop with her.
Lucinda proved she could be a good team leader in some aspects, and anyone is a good team leader if that team wins. She did do some key points though.... encouragement, praising, man management. She should have had a go at Lindi for her crappy management of her sub-team though. The loosing team leader is always up in the firing line and it is the risk they have to take.
