The Apprentice 2023

"Zif Zaf" - that guy is an absolute idiot
Having spent more time reading this thread than watching this series, I'm going to agree as a matter of principle. I've watched less and less in recent years and ten minutes of the first episode this year was enough to convince me that the only difference between this and Love Island now is the amount of clothes. It's easy to understand why this country's circling the economic plughole if folk like this somehow get the idea they're fit to Do Business.

Our dog does better "business".

Oh I get so excited when this comes out but honestly, and I know the editing makes it 100% worse, but, these people are morons.

I don't even see them being able to tie their own shoelaces. Just i am going to hate watch the rest of the series. My god. My god. My bloody god.

My blood pressure. Lol.

Felt a little bad for the guy voted off in the previous week, two woke brainlets basically took control of the task, of course they lost and didn't get fired. :)

What a cluster. I don’t know why the team who didn’t come 2nd acted like they’d won, they were just less **** (though that seems to be the case week in week out). I’d have loved it if AS had told them their reward was not being sacked and told to go straight back to the house.

I wonder if that guy so memorable hasn’t left the process AS would have sacked 2 tonight. He was so memorable I didn’t even notice he wasn’t in the task until it was said he had left the process.

Can't remember the last time a team failed a task so spectacularly, lets design a product that stains your skin green and not see anything wrong with it. Not to mention both teams containers were so far away from anything in that sector of the market.

The concept for the bottle wasn't awful, the execution was just shockingly bad, the bottle looked like a shampoo bottle designed for kids, and the product stains your skin...

Be great as part of a TMNT cosplay package, but not a moisturizer..

That women should have gone though, sabotage. :)

After last weeks episode I've taken a bit of a shine to Megan and Simba, I really enjoyed them being prison guards. Don't get me wrong I still hope they crash and burn, but they put in the first decent performance of anyone in the show abusing the guest.

watched my first 5 minutes of this series before the news this evening - as bad as I'd expected
- do they have some kind of diversity requirement on the BBC for finalists, which is the antithesis of what I thought love island was reputed for, but, tbh sugar candidates look equally unhealthy in terms of weight/exercise,
and potential attendance record for work.
Alan Sugar can probably afford a personal trainer, but, looks more healthy - healthy body, healthy mind ?

I think they initially submit their business plan as part of the original application when nobody expects to get even to the programme, never mind the final interview stage.

Did I imagine it, but when Karren (but only to her friends) handed over the tissues the first time, she had a little smirk on her face?

The final task means nothing. It’s all down to him deciding which one he’ll work with. I think it’ll be the boxing girl who wins next week.
