I'm going hot and cold regards Lottie. I think she could be one to get to the end. I hope she's on it for a while, I love how nuts she seems to be. She's like a perfect geek girlfriend.

Agreed, she is a little pocket rocket.

She looked sublime last night :D

No way, the rest of the team didn't have any ideas, at least Tom came up with something. There's nothing stopping the PM from intervening and changing it (Weak leadership).

Its easy to lay blame when the responsibility was taken on by someone else.

Souleyman literally offered nothing and expect for giving negative comments which didn't help.

Lord Sugar fired the right guy imo

Yeah but when you hear negative feedback you should listen and possibly look to find a solution as a group, this idea that you can't be negative unless you offer a solution at the exact same time is a load of rubbish spawned out of this programme, he should be credited for being smart enough to see the flaws. Almost anyone knows that toys that talk when you push buttons are aimed at toddlers just learning to talk and the brief was simple, a toy for 6-8 year olds.

I agree about the weak leadership but Tom just seems to think he can talk his way around everything.

This program is about finding Lord Sugar's next business leader, leaders are suppose to lead.

Souleyman gave negative comments throughout the task he offered nothing from the sound of it for improving it or having any ideas of his own.

There's difference between negativity and constructive criticism, and he was offering just negativity.

They summed it up in the boardroom and Souleyman got what was coming to him.

Tom may have got the product wrong, with the targeted age but they said it was a good toy.

But the PM is ultimately responsible for the failure, so if Tom was to be fired it would have been harsh.

Lottie strikes me as someone from wealth, has a fair bit of mummy and daddy's money to keep her in a good lifestyle while working as a librarian and has come on the show for a bit of fun.

FFS...really, how that person didn't get fired is beyond me. Trying to be spoiler free.

I appreciate that as I haven't seen last night's episode yet but it shouldn't matter as we're past the air date now. People who don't want spoilers shouldn't come in the thread until they have watched the latest programme. :)

Honestly surprised the 'geezer' didn't get fired after that. I'm sticking to what I posted above he'll be there until the end as Lord Sugar sees himself there.

Over 1 million in sales is the highest figure I've remember from all the seasons I've watched and I think the first time ever?

I said it before but that Tom guy is only still there because he's oozing with confidence (either that or Sugar likes his business plan), he generally just takes over the task and then makes a pigs ear of things though.
