what a waste of 10 weeks

why doesn't he just choose 5 and put them through their paces based on their business plan?

Completely stupid how all of a sudden this episode all that mattered was their business plans, why even bother with a task today?

This is the problem now since they introduced the business plans. It hardly matters who does well on each task. This really ought to be the last series, they're making a balls up of it all round.

The business plan is the only reason that Solomon has made it so far, he is useless at the tasks but I reckon he has a killer idea, hence why he didn't get fired over the jumper fiasco. Same thing happened two years ago with Inventor Tom, useless but loveable the whole way through then wins because he has a credible business plan.

They need to can the show or have a major rethink of the task structure, I still enjoy watching it but all of the tasks are still geared towards the old of finding an employee and do very little in terms of weeding out a good business idea.

Yeah I didn't get how all of a sudden they were sacked due to their business plans which he already knew from the beginning. Why were they on the show at all if he didn't like their business plans?

At least he got rid of that woman at last, she couldn't speak English properly, kept leaving off "t" and "k" from her words. Horrible accent.

They should reverse the process and go through the business plans at the start. Or go back to hiring a recruit rather than going into business together.

As some have already said, I feel a bit duped as a viewer. Utterly pointless.

And Karen repeating what Sanjay said about Bianca was just embarrassing and uncomfortable to watch.

Out of curisoty, why are candidates not allowed to use the internet?
Are they training or being judged on how they will perform in the 1980s?
The internet is a massive part of the business World in 2014.
Why stop at the internet...why not prevent them from using cars or phones.
It makes nose sense - a candidate must be able to make best use of the technology available to him/her.

'Sows'

Ha ha..

I've actually been following this season's and it's been horrendous. As with any other reality TV show on the box, it's gone from getting genuine contestants to getting 'characters'.

But it's a reality TV show, not one to find a truly impressive business person. If it was the latter, it wouldn't be led by Alan Sugar.

They should have candidates who all have workable business plans and let the contestents compete for the partnership without any bias from Sugar, Katie has been one of the better candidates throughout but she was doomed from the start of the process by the look of it. Whereas, you've got other contestents who've been on the losing team and in the boardroom multiple times being let off the hook all of the time.

I thought the old guy was going to tell Solomon that he was only joking there after all that praise. :p

edit: yep there it is destroyed him.

Bianca seems to be getting it easy and all of the emotional guff is reminiscent of how they set up Britain's Got Talent/X Factor winners to get the viewers onside.
