Nope. Three cheers for the licence fee...
I think you can still stream them all off the website...

You can record the streams with various programs, though I'm not sure if you can watch previous episodes once the latest one is up on the website.

Someone from the forum should apply for the next series!

Cant believe Michelle got over 100k wages, if I got that being self employed, like SAS said I would never go and work for someone!

I hope Ruth wins as I think she wants it more but I have a feeling that Michelle will win it.

what the hell, michelle got 100k ?

I need some of that action

Damn straight.

I want to know how I would go about setting up a business like her, I don't think it'd be easy....but I wouldnt know where to start! :(

It sounds like she exploited her niche really well, I wish I could find a market like that and just have the guts to make a business to exploit that!

You can bet your money that she wouldve spent hours and hours (probably 12-16hrs a day) working, mostly on the phone (office based) trying to build contacts (in developing countries) and offering medium to large companies the opportunity to off-shore as much of their work as possible (mainly call centres of course). She wouldve had many knock backs and only a small percentage of the people she wouldve contacted wouldve shown any interest.

To do what she has done would require hard work, tennacity, determination and a very thick skin. Most people would give up after they call about 100 people and they all knock you back. Also, just like anyone who runs their own business, you must be prepared to take risks.

Whats impressive is that she has managed to do this at such a young age.

BUT keep in mind we are not 100% sure if she really did make that much. Also she wouldnt make £100k every year. Some years would be good. Some years would be bad. The '£100k year', was probably her best year.

true, although the other years can't be bad if a good one is £100K! I would love that sort of money, even though I'm aware it is possible to acheive that by working for a city firm etc.

well they werent, imo.

nor in mine, but it's not my opinion or yours that matters when the winner is chosen. I'd hardly be sat here saying 'I could have guessed Paul and Syed would make it to the final because they're men' if that's what had happened. I don't think you can say he chose the finalists because of what gender they are, that's my point.

I'm fairly sure that SAS isn't particularly interested what sex people are, I don't think he'd stake his reputation on choosing someone just because she was female.

hmm i'm not sure. I suppose I'd have to have a long hard think about whether it is worth while for having all that money but no life.

According to The Times, the two (Michelle and Ruth) have both been working for Sir Alan for a month or so after the final task on London Bridge was recorded so as he can assess them a bit more.

I think Saira and Tim did that as well last year, not 100% certain.

Been disappointed in the prizes this year, the best one was the cruise one when they got to spend a week in Rome, the others were terrible like dinner in a restaurant compared to the prizes Trump gives his constestants.

I read that they've been working for him since filming stopped in November last year. They've filmed 2 endings with both possible outcomes, so they're both still in the dark.

if they've been working for him....then what about Michelle's firm? Won't she be even more out of touch with her customers if she spends too much time not managing it? Maybe she's just taking the gamble thinking she's in with a really good chance of winning.

It's all very suspicious this concept of completely leaving your job on a complete gamble. Especially since some of the contestants would actually be taking a pay cut even if they win. I don't think what you see is what you get with some of them.

yea i'm thinking that lately. What do you think about the fact Ruth says she refused sabbatical leave and the option of some shares? True?

If true she should not be considered for the Apprentice job because she is obviously irrational.

According to the show she turned down 250,000 shares (at least £25,000 I would imagine), and turned down the chance to have her job back should she not win. Even if she had taken the offer from her previous job and won the apprentice, she could still have resigned in order to work for SAS.

Yea you have a good point there, it's just bad sense (not just bad buisness sense) to give that up, which is what makes me think surely it can't be true...
