I actually think that Tre (I think thats his name), is very very annoying to manage. He lacks tact and the ability to get his point across elloquently and always becomes aggressive and rude.

Stuff like personality and attitude, which Tre has a very poor one, come into play later in the game, at this stage its who ***** up the task and rory did that. The focus group was very clear on the blanket vs pouch idea, and his attitude as leader was wrong.

Normally Sir Alan annoys me, but I think with the bumbling fools he's got this series it makes him look much better. He's gone up a little in my eyes.

He was a complete disaster and deserved to go. He was condescending and had no idea how to lead. Making them take their jackets and ties off at the beginning was a real gem.

He was clueless, it's amazing he got that far!

I think Tre will be around for as long as Sayed was. If he pulls some magic out of the hat he'll go far because a) Alan Sugar likes cheeky people with a bit of character and b) It makes for good TV

You could see it going the calendar task way a mile off. That Tray is annoying, but that Rory was a complete waste of space. To reiterate my comments from last week, great TV but no way are they the best the industry has to offer.

But yeh he did get quite bossy, he tends to sometimes, but we just tell him to shut up if if does. He is a good guy really. Whereas Trey is a utter NO SWEARING
