The Asus ROG SWIFT PG278Q – a 27” 1400p 144Hz Monitor with G-SYNC

120 is all good - I'll take that :)

Some users were requesting that he demo ulmb (synchonrized backlight strobing mode for "zero" blur) option. While you can't run this with GSYNC apparently its really nice for games like CS where you can easily maintain 120fps constant.

Thought I read somewhere that gsync itself can only go up to 120 atm? Maybe that's why, turn it off and the thing might shoot up to 144? You'd notice dips though where as with gsync on it shouldn't matter.

Maybe that's the delay, Nvidia fiddling with it to run faster?

You can see he selects 144hz in control panel, and the fps counter goes up to 134 was the highest I saw

So are benq mobilising a similar panel?

Linus really loves that 34" LG and I can see why.

Dunno if I can justify £899 on a monitor but hey...

Pretty sure there was info about it out there in 2013 when G-Sync was 1st heard of and so far I can find links to that from Oct 2013.
