The Battlefield 4 Thread 2015

After SWBF last night, it was nice to get back to BF4.

Epic flawless tank run on Golmund Squeeze! Tactics spot on. We grabbed D straight away, escorted it back to our base, defended the assault on E and then moved to take A and B.
 
Finally got my own copy of BF4 (got it for £4.99 off GAME's website).

Anything I should know before I hop on? it's just the bog standard edition without any DLC. Is there any tweaks or settings I need to be aware of? Cheers.

Got a TOW hit on a heli on transmission last night... slap bang in the middle of it... 20 damage wtf... there was me feelings so pleased with myself with pulling it off and nothing...

Tell me you towed him. That would be worth paying to see :p What do you use to capture gameplay? I used to use OBS stream but can notice the lag even on 12thread cpu.

Haven't played him yet, probably next week. They lost their first game. For recording I use Avermedia Live Gamer HD. You can pick them up for about £100 these days. Best bet is probably dxtory for software.

Rroff...was a transport right? Hit with tow then finish with the main shell usually does the trick. Or second tow because they're usually on their way down..:D
 
Transport heli yeah - I'd just run my main gun dry killing infantry and switched to tow as it drifted into the perfect position so couldn't follow up.
 
i Got a live gamer HD. Problem is it only has hdml for 60hz. Unless you have a 2nd monitor to clone the image from 60hz screen to 120hz screen. 2nd screen is broke as i punch it from rage. Was a cheap 27ich hannsG' 1900 x 1200 60hz which was cheap for that size back in the day before 120hz cam out. Had problems with the menu kept reseting my brightness and contrast to 100% every time i tryed to lower it. finally lost the plot and wrecked it:D

Could never go back to 60hz after using 120hz so long.
