Indeed, epic games last night especially that last one, those are great when it happens but at the same time so frustrating because it feels like it was literally only us against an entire team of people PTFO'ing.


Got my G502 today so want to see how it performs! ATM, I probably prefer my FK 1 tbh

- it feels nice enough, smaller than what I thought it would be
- noticeably heavier than my fk 1 but will probably get use to it....
- don't like all the buttons especially the 2 by the left click, have un-assigned them all except the thumb buttons :p
- like the free scroll wheel
- buttons feel noticeably clickier/more responsive than the fk 1, however, I quite miss the "solid" feel of the fk 1 "clicks", I also much prefer the shape/feel of the fk 1 thumb buttons
- most importantly, I haz pink lighting zOMG!!!!!

Shall give it some time to get use to it and see, got 30 days to decide if I want to keep it or return.

aye I turned off the buttons also, I use the DPI button under the free scroll button, 1st dpi is 400,600,800 and just limit each profile to one dpi setting.

I turned my lights off you big jessy but no Don't buy the Dino Dinlow game!

Yeah I didn't really "need" it but the double/triple clicking of the middle mouse button was getting on my nerves :p

Going to wait and see, it is only the start of the sale and only 45% of, we are bound to see 75%+ discount...

Ain't nobody got time for switching DPI!!!! I just keep mine set to 1 figure for everything and then adjust in game sensitivity.

With my fk1, I used 800 but with this g502, I am using 900 atm but could perhaps increase it to 1000.

If I see it get even lower, I probably will buy it, the new map looks really good and I need something different to FPS :p
 
I've been tempted get ark on PC as I have it on Xbox to play with a few friends but the graphics hurt my eyes for some reason lol many of you play it tony?

Ill be on tonight, wasn't in the mood last night so finally watched the latest star wars film.
 
shoulda gone for ec2-a nexus.. have that and DA chroma and love the ec2 so gave deathadder to my housemate..

also hated fk1 as i said i wouldnt touch another zowie mouse again.. but as ur fairly high sense dunno what it'll be like for u but im 400 dpi and about 6% ingame so fairly low sense and its nice fligging it around the room!

will be on later too!
 
Yeah I was looking at it but couldn't see many places with stock and anywhere that has them are charging quite a bit for it :( Speaking of which, seems like hardly anywhere has any of the zowie mice in stock now :confused:

What didn't you like about the fk1? I thought the ec2-a was pretty much the same except for shape & size?

Also used all the deathadders, nice mice and so comfy to hold but fed up with the shoddy QC and build quality.

Yeah that sensitivity is WAAAAAAAY too low for me :D IIRC, in bf 4, my sens. is 20%

ARK is epic. Myself and mynight got lost in it a while back, the new map is incredible.

Anyway, will try and be on bf tonight.

Hows your aim with it? I kinda fill the g502 lacks the precision aiming that the fk1 offers. My long range tap fire is better with the fk1/tracking. Its fine for vehicle's but to me it just fills like a brick which gives a filling of control but not that great for ninja play. I guess i just have girly hands like you. around 18cm :p

Kinda wish logitech would remake a g9x shape with g502 clicks and 3366 sensor! Was the mouse i used before the fk1 and played fine with it, even tho it had the 9500 laser sensor
 
Can't really say for sure yet as I still need to get use to the extra weight, shape etc.

But yeah so far, the fk 1 definitely seems better for more precise aiming and twitchy infy play, just feels more "raw"

The lighter/more responsive buttons are definitely much better than the fk 1 though.

haha, my hand is about 19cm long and 10cm wide, girly hands ftw! :D

I would have loved the g900 but I refuse to pay that much for a mouse especially when it warranty is still only something like 2 years lol.
 
Most of us get together on Discord* but it's not obligatory. There's no "trial" or rules, just PTFO and don't cheat. No requirement to wear tags either.

*It's like TS but free to run a server.
