I'm getting the L85 to 1000 kills before I leave it, had so much more kills with it last night than the ACE 23, seem to be out of love with it again.

Try the ACE52 Crispy, it's so good you could run it in Assault class.

I decided to take the morning off, perk of not actually having a "job role" this morning, still have to work till 9, knowing my relief will be late means if I get on it will be around 10pm.

I know why my Jihad Jeeps kept failing, I have no beard now, its like Conan! MBT Law FTW! And quite how you managed to absorb 3xSabot round and x3Staff shells in one engagement Nexus is beyond belief - no wonder you are Top 3.
 
what damage does Sabot do to a tank mate? Sabot seems like it's ok at taking out Helis because it shoots straighter, but head on with a tank, I can't see that warhead doing much damage to the most heavily part of the tank.

Yeah I have been using a few different guns lately, the m416, aek, scar H, ace 52 (not used it for a while, at the beginning of the game, it was my top weapon, iirc I was in the top 25 for kills in the world with it), aku 12 and the GOL for when I do snipe.... Depending on the map, I switch to DMR's for a bit.

Depends entirely on the angles:

MBT max min
Front 23 21
Side 35 21
Rear 55 21

For comparison, the HE shell:

MBT max min
Front 29 25
Side 44 25
Rear 67 25

I did use HE at the beginning but they increased the reload time big time so switched to sabot but tbh couldn't go back to HE even if the reload time was the same, sabot just too good for aircraft :p
 
Just looked into renting a 64man server for OcUK, think we have lots of people around who would play on it with the user base we have here.

Didn't realise they were that expensive, around £60PM seems to be the ballpark.

Would be nice to have our own, that way we can team stack lol 32V32 would be epic.

That and Tony is too observant. He instantly saw me the first time and I hid behind a mound before Eyrecx came sprinting over. Not sure how I remained spotted though. I thought LOS killed it after a second.

Lol, server would never full up then! :D

And we could ban the noobs like Joe :p

But yeah, it could be good fun! Although getting a server full and keeping it that way is hard work.

I'm forever spinning the gun when in a tank, I look where I think any trouble will come from, and of course using thermal 90% of the time, it's very easy to pick anyone up. That, and being on a server with OCUK members on the other side, you have to expect some sneaky antics to get your tags/jihad kills lol..i was so alert dude the whole game. Doesn't the loss of your dorito take 3s without any perks?

I asked Julius if I could use his hax, because Nexus keeps his to himself ;) Julius obliged lmao

Nope, wasn't sure if there were any requirements. If there aren't I'll pop them on later. It'd also be nice to play with folks. Most of my mates are console peasants and can't game with the glorious master race so I need to make new friends :D

My stats aren't all that and until recently I was always a recon but I've recently been rolling engineer. I have developed a weird obsession for blowing up mechanical stuff.

I've got a ts3 server too, so if any of you fancy a game feel free to add Diddums84.

it doesn't matter how good you or anyone is, there are no requirements as I think most will agree we just play for fun not serious. We just use the tags as a group, easier to see.

We do have a TS server already in the OP. Hopefully see you on this evening.
 
Some good games there with Tony etc.


Getting quite decent with jets and dog fighting, accuracy etc. now, only thing that is messing it up (same for every other person who steps in aircraft) is the AA and its noob activ missiles......

So can't wait for this next patch to come!

Properly, I only troll other clans in the game chat, though with us lot it normally ends up in schoolboy mum jokes. Especially against Dutch clans. They seem to hate OCUK and have no issue telling us how much. :P

We have 10 TS admins excluding JSRAIDER (because he is with 10hz) so £60pm/10 = £6 per month each. Hardly going to bankrupt anyone.

I was going to get one anyway but probably in the summer. Spending way too much at the moment.
 
No point getting an OcUK server IMO. Believe me, it's far more effort to run than you'd believe. When I used to be at CQ247 there used to be at least 5 of us getting up at 7am to stream (join the server so it has people in) for an hour each morning and don't even get me started on administrating the server / clan.

Ofc if anyone does, I am more than happy to help them set it up / give tips / donate but really...you don't wanna.

I already have a BF4 server if you guys ever wanna do OcUK events ie 5vs5's etc
