I know both of you are experienced clockers but when I was getting hard freezes it was because of my GPU overclocks in windows 8.1.

Running stock on the gpu here, 4.5ghz on the cpu and 2600mhz on my ram. All were stable pre patch in bf4 and other games.

I even bumped my vcore up a nudge and GPU down a bin but made no difference.

Its pretty replicable for me. Be on spawn screen and try join a squad mate in a vehicle, pretty much crashes every time I try to do that. If I just join via a flag or a team mate as infantry I can go for rounds without a CTD. Likewise if I spawn and then enter a vehicle its OK again.

As others have reported the only issues I seem to have had was when my overclock wasn't stable enough for BF4. Any of you guys with issues tried a run at stock?

Can you Toggle ADS like you could in BF3? - I can't see it anywhere in the settings

Options > Gameplay > Weapon Zoom

Well, obviously mantle of no use to me, but the game running better on my 780 since last patch too. Very smooth.

Now, if only they could fix the crashes. Tried the delete setting folder, but too soon to say if worked.

Oh that one. Yeh that's a bug Was getting it straight after the patch.

I got the as val last night, very disappointing, at least for normal mode

- low ammo
- poor for medium/long range

Zero reason to use it over a good carbine......

ACR for high ROF short medium range in my opinion.

Just an FYI, the Catalyst 14.1 beta mantle driver is out now

ACR for high ROF short medium range in my opinion.

Yeah, ACWR is pretty damn sweet for that range type, although I think the mtar beats it now, not 100% sure...

My favourite carbine overall is still the ak5c.
