I did not expect that he would have agreed to become Bourne, I thought that he would have been forced into it or something.

Cue the "I'm stuck" thread in GDmarc2003 said:strange lad. well at least the dvd will be out in a few months and you can have your wicked way with the disc.......![]()
I thought it was very good - maybe a bit too much like the other two - but I still enjoyed it - don't sit sit the front of the cinema sit further back or the camera motion will get you.
My mate knows the Associate Producer, they have been given the rights for the other Bourne books, I would hope they give it a rest a least for a few years, but they probably can't resist cashing in on them.
There are no other Ludlum Bourne books, its a triology so by Bourne books they mean a shadow writer, I suspect they wont be as good as the originals - then again the films were hardly based on the Books anyway!
I suspect that Damon will leave off it for a few years, then if his career isnt doing so well, he'll do another.
That sounds excellent to me. I think the touch that Paul Greengrass brought to The Bourne Supremacy and The Bourne Ultimatum was superb. So good in fact, I scowered the internet for days trying to find an address to write him a letter of appreciation... But I really couldn't find one, so I gave up.The following were written by Eric Van Lustbader after Robert Ludlum died in 2001:-
The Bourne Legacy (2004)
The Bourne Betrayal (2007)
Matt Damon is up for them as long as Paul Greengrass will direct them both.
