I am posting this, just to show the incredible deceleration involved, usually one would expect something the size of a bus to press on, or push forward a bit, rather than come to a complete stop.

Usually it is safer to be seated facing backwards, but that only applied if you have a seat that comes up high enough to support your head, as you can see from the whiplash type movement the lady on the front right experiences. Everyone else with smashed noses or teeth missing.

Nasty event.

At 0.25 speed it's like he's going for the full space walk... then it's suddenly "oh **** I'm going down head first".
