Mine after playing with Rainmeter for a couple of hours.

2Befine+ skin with some extras made to grab temps etc from AIDA64 + Omnimo Skin modified for weather

The dodgy line is res difference between TV and monitor

Nothings lined up properly either yet.

Change the reg: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Cur rentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI\Background\OEMB ackground" to 1

Add the background you want into windows\system32\oobe\info\backgrounds folder. Call it backgroundDefault.jpg

It needs to be a Jpeg and less than 245kB. It's also best to make it the same size as the screen res.

That's pretty much exactly not what I asked I've had a custom logon screen background since Win7 was in BETA using logon.exe which allows you to browse and change BGs at will
