The rainmeter skin is MoonGlow, only problem with the temps is that it requires speedfan, and I'm not a fan of the program.

I've just installed Ubuntu 11.10 and so far it's fab! I love some of the little nice things that could definitely be done in Windows too like when pressing Print Screen a dialogue pops up showing you the screenshot and where you want to save it etc.

Well my Linux is running in VM under Windows and all resources are shared through VMware tools so in essence it's a part of my Windows so...

That's pretty much exactly not what I asked I've had a custom logon screen background since Win7 was in BETA using logon.exe which allows you to browse and change BGs at will
