Seems to be the most appropriate thread to ask. Nilfisk C110 on offer at the river place. Anyone got or used one and is it any good?

Yes, many of us have one, many on all car boards have one. The hype is real, probably the best pressure washer in its class.

Brilliant pressure washer. Was advised by many here and it turned out to be a great purchase. With the current weather I only use snowfoam and the C110 and it gets the car pretty darn clean on its own.

Good to know thanks, just ordered one. Hard to refuse on that feedback and 63% off.

What was the offer price? It's always hovered around the £60-£70 mark. one of the reasons why it's such a big hit.

Which snow foam? I just ordered a 1L bottle of Valet Pro to see what it is like. The Elite Snow Foam 5L bottle has finally come to its end  Got some Maxisuds left though, but not much. I hope you have a good snowfoam lance, the bundled lances that come with pressure washers are nowhere near as useful. Can recommend the Autobrite one.

I found that snow foam to need a reasonably strong mix of foam concentrate to water to get effective foam and a decent touchless wash.

I have a Autobrite lance and Magifoam but still struggle to get right mix. Might just be my ancient Karcher though. Is cold water better than warm? It doesn't seem to stick to the paintwork and just runs off.

Use cold water, not warm.

The reason it isn't sticking is because your dilution is too weak. Add more foam liquid and adjust the knobs on the Autobrite too.

Should come out like this:

Not sure which foam to try yet but will have a look round. Got a bit of time to get stuff together, would like it to stop raining for 5mins so I can actually wash the car.

Magifoam is my personal favourite although it does need a high concentrate to foam really good. Is a god send in weather like this as I can get a touch less wash done in 20 minutes!
