Polar blast - pretty standard snow foam, clings for absolutely ages.

Polar wash - wow, the sponge glides over and it saves a 2 bucket wash.

Polar seal - also wow. It goes on like a foam, but then adheres to go the paint and repels itself. Washing it off is something to behold. It has left a brilliant shine. Also great that it literally seals everything, not just the paint.

All in all a very effective wash with minimal effort.

Gonna go for this as you seem to also like the minimal effort tactic :p

What else do i need? Just a sponge/wash mitt?

Sooo...

slight confession, hopefully it gives you all a laugh at my expense!

Turns out my issue was user error... I wrongly thought the pump would be running all the time, just at a lower rpm when not using the lance, hence the pump working for a second or so then stopping. What a wally! The Mrs nearly wet herself when I told her! :p

Now to go grovelling to Amazon as I'm supposed to be returning both!

On a plus side, Bilt Hamber snow foam worked great on my A2!

My 8m nilfisk hose arrived :D

I can finally clean both cars without having to move the pressure washer about constantly.

Edit: just read that. Brilliant. Well done for admitting your mistake. It is great that it is indeed so quiet when not in use.

Need to buy new wheel cleaner. What's the go to nowadays? I was going to buy BH Auto Wheels (5L), having previously used Sonax's version (which I thought was excellent by the way), but didn't know if anything newer/better was around now.

I'm pretty sure all wheel cleaners contain iron remover, so I imagine the cheapest is probably the best? I've been using AG Magma and it's cutting through brake grime easily.

Bilt hamber still the best.

Just purchased some Gyeon Wet Coat to try out. Seems to get good reviews and protects for a couple of months, anyone have any experience with it?
