Stretched Tyre walls and "dumped on it's arse" cars shouldn't be in this thread with the likes of a Jaguar XJ220, Shelby GT500's and all the other PROPER cars imo!
The RX-7 above me looks great with proper fitting tyres and a tasteful lowering.
I think you should stop arguing about taste.. XJ220's and GT500's are awesome cars but they do nothing to me compared to the cars I posted..
Up until the release of the 2000GT, Japanese cars had been seen as economical, reliable automobiles that lacked the styling and spirit of their European and American counterparts. The 2000GT was set to change all of that forever.
Despite the Toyota badge on the steering wheel, all of the 2000GTs were actually built by Yamaha. The production ran from 1967 to 1969 with a total of 351 units being built in total, they cost an eyebrow-raising $6,800 USD in the USA – a figure much higher than the Porsches and Jaguars of the late 1960s.
