I've been reading up on how Singer came about, the guy sounds like a right perfectionist, best guy!
They spend over 4000 hours on every customer's 964, and spend the entire time working with the car's owner choosing exactly how to reconfigure everything. He says he attacks every detail, rather than adding detailing touches. The leather stitching is given the same amount of time to rod components in the engine, for example.
According to them, the price tag is cheap compared to what other makers would otherwise charge to go into anywhere near that kind of detail. Think Pagani money
I think it's amazing. Not a modern 911 fan really, not a fan of the interior quality - But a classic like the 964? just awesome.
