Do the usual away goals apply here, i.e. if City score again Liverpool would need to score 2?
If it remains level on aggregate after extra time.
I think that, as someone's said above, away goals only come into play after extra time.

Confusing. Anyway, City don't look like scoring (again) and seem to be outnumbered all over the pitch despite being 11 vs 11. Think they need a big HT change in tactics/personnel.

I have no idea why they've set up the way they have, seems an odd occasion to try a new approach.
Reasonable first half performance but as usual, we've not take advantage of the decent positions we've got into. Although we've looked comfortable at the back, we still need to look to push forward because you can't account for strikes like De Jongs.
City? They've played 3 CB's a few times recently. They did in the 2nd half of the FA Cup game and the first leg of this semi.

You're right. FA Cup was more out of necessity though and they looked thoroughly inept in the first leg of this game which makes it all the more baffling.

The number of times Hart punches the ball back straight in front of him is incredible, it's happened at least 3 times in this game. No idea how he gets away with it.
