I think in 2 years one of my friends has driven back over the limit by a pint or 2 (mainly because he's incredibly intelligent but is one of those people that lacks all common sense).
After attending my grandparents' at christmas times and such where they have friends over I can safely say that it is the elderely who drink drive in my experience. This one woman was so drunk she barely stand up yet was happy to drive 12 miles home and no one questioned that bar me and my mum, just sat their thinking wtf!

Not when the engine is off, otherwise you could go into your car to get something from the glovebox and be arrested for drink driving...
Nope, you can still be arrested even if the engine is off if the police think there is a likelihood that you are going to drive the car or have just been driving the car.

I'm thinking you'd really have to start at the front and work your way to the back as if you did it the other way round you'd sever the spinal column too quickly to finish the job. Although possibly the simplest way would be to lie on the floor and get it to go front to back and allow mavity to finish the job if you were incapable.
Nothing says I'm not happy like cutting your own head off.

It isn't a Mail idea, there is a thread in Motors on it already.
The hate for the Mail is just a general thing I think, it usually has absolutely abysmal journalism but it is far from being the only newspaper to do so.
On another side note is this story:

I didnt post it before cause i assumed no one would believe me, but hell, i dont really care.
For the first 12 hours of that story being up, that guy's face wasn't blanked out. It's actually my sister's best friend Neil. He *isn't* the guy involved in the scandal, but they stuck it up there anyway. He had to phone them from Dubai 5 times before they agreed to take it down. Even then they only blanked it out.
The previous pre-edit exact words were "pictured here with another friend", which although is quite clear that it wasnt him in the story, they were pretty small printed words under an enormous picture of him smiling to the world!

Surely this is agest against the young! its like in Northern Ireland when you first pass your test you can only go 45mph for 6 months or something like that!
Try 12 months mate. Also I thought that the 45mph is the same for the rest of the country (GB)

From my knowledge that is wrong you cannont have the keys in the car at all otherwise you are still liable.
