The Division 2 - March 2019

Put in about 7 hours over the weekend. Loving it. Up to 11 I think.

I'm just methodically working my way around the map, if it's anything like the first you had to do everything before you could get started on endgame anyway.

Luckily I’m not affected, I’m generating clan xp and didn’t need to do anything.

you need to do the 'viewpoint museum mission' (it's a main mission). Can't remember the area name but think it's down and then right as you look at the map (maybe federal triangle?). You can then speak to grace larson (clan npc) at the theater settlement, top floor - same desk as settlement progress is displayed. She'll then transfer to the white house, to the 'clan desk' and you can speak to her there.

I am kind of holding back now doing stuff that rewards big XP like missions as I know I will be losing CXP now for the clan by doing this with the bug.

I got it Saturday night sometime, which was nice as I happened to have all day Friday off and worked all day Saturday, so now I'm a steady 12 levels behind my friends. It also took me about 2 hours to stop the in game crashes yesterday so that was nice.
 
We ran into a ladder bug yesterday @Nexus18 got stuck. Couldn't go up/down, and couldn't hit escape or map to attempt to fast travel to one of us. Also with there being no friendly fire, we couldn't kill him to respawn.

I've found the turret bug rather annoying too, hopefully that'll get fixed at some point this week.

As far as I know CXP is gained whenever you gain normal EXP, so just playing the game earns CXP then entire clan benefits from it.

Ah, just logged into AMD rewards and it was there to redeem on uplay! never received an email.....

CXP is accruing now so lets see how it goes. :)

I updated to the latest nvidia drivers and disabled directx12, I couldn't disable directx12 on the previous drivers I was on. I can play the game fine now, but it doesn't look as nice without directx12 enabled.
 
Sorry if this has already been asked and answered but what are the benefits of clanning up?

I mean apart from the obvious co-op play, are there benefits/bonuses that you dont get otherwise?

Also, how does joining the OC clan work - is it in game, presumably after you have unlocked something in game because it's unavailable at the moment?

not long into this and so far no issues, just on my way up to rescue Eleanor Sawyer on the roof and has been a fun fight making progress. I find that I am having better chance with this game as in the first I thought my weapons were rubbish early on.
Solo player me as i do not feel competent to multiplay even though i have been gaming since the PS 1. Having fun which is what i look for in any game I play.
