I never pre-order games, get too built up in hype and games end up rubbish.

Well I do, but only for Nintendo games but then that's totally different.

It's Ubisoft. That's the only argument needed against pre-ordering this game. Don't believe their hype and empty promises, look at their track record and make them prove themselves before you give them any cash. Don't reward and reinforce their poor behaviour when it comes to releasing cut-down and buggy products.

Pre-order @Cdkeys.com is £20......and I'm tempted. If it's still that price come Friday I may actually take the plunge. Yes, I know, Ubisoft. And yes, I also know Pre-ordering teaches them nothing and lets them away with everything.

LOL at all you idiots pre ordering. It's Ubisoft, do you really expect that it will look ANYTHING like the gameplay vids they have released? Which clearly keep decreasing in graphical quality. Do you really think it will be anything like the gameplay they advertise with the team WALKING around an casually scouting out places with scripted fights? Do you really think it will be a vast wasteland of which you can explore without problems?

Buh but Jack Frags said that this game is going to be EPIC and the best exploration, survival, open world, fps shooter since the Stalker series. I can't think for myself, in fact I still need people to hold my hand whilst crossing the road.

I signed up to the Beta what feels like months ago when someone posted about it on here.

Absolutely no chance I'm pre ordering and I'm half expecting to be completely disappointed by Ubisoft (again) I hope they can pull of something good though, it has shown potential so far.

I know i should not! as i am likely to get massively let down. But no game other than the last of us has had me this interested. If they manage to make it what it should be it's going to be a damn good game!

Depends on your definition of "bargain" I guess... £19.99 for something which is worth £50? Sure. £19.99 for what this game is probably going to turn out as? I can't see it personally... I would love to be proven wrong, but I can't help but feel this is simply going to be the next iteration of "Ubisoft Game".
